A high-profile Houston attorney’s date night ended when a woman allegedly refused to leave his home and destroyed two original Andy Warhol paintings in her wake.

Lindy Lou Layman, 29, currently faces charges for criminal mischief after she reportedly visited the River Oaks home of Anthony Buzbee on December 23. The couple reportedly decided to return to the attorney’s mansion via Uber and, shortly after arrival, Layman refused to leave upon Buzbee’s request. The woman reportedly “hid” in the home until she was discovered, at which point KHOU notes that she became “aggressive” and moved to destroy several high-value works of art.

Local prosecutors told the court during her arraignment that Layman managed to forcefully remove two, original Andy Warhol paintings valued roughly $500,000 each and later poured wine on them. Another two sculptures valued each around $20,000 were also allegedly destroyed. Alcohol was reportedly a contributing factor.

Initial reports figured the total cost of the damage was worth $300,000—though that has since been upwardly adjusted to $1.5 million. Layman requested a $30,000 bond, which she posted, thanks in part to her steady job as a court reporter for nearly a decade in Dallas.

Buzbee attested that he did not know the woman reportedly invited into his home.

Prior to the incident, Buzbee’s home made news when it served as the location for a 2016 fundraiser for then presidential candidate Donald J. Trump, KHOU reported at the time. The Houston CBS affiliate also notes that Buzbee ran afoul of his homeowner’s association for parking a fully-operational Word War II era tank valued at $600,000 on his property the same year.
