The first trailer for Johnny Depps upcoming movie “City of Lies” was released Monday.
The plot of the movie, according to IMDB, is, “The murders of Tupac Shakur and Notorious BIG spark an investigation.”
The murders of Tupac and Notorious BIG are arguably two of the greatest unsolved crimes ever committed. This movie about them should be awesome, judging from Depp in the trailer.
It looks like its going to be nonstop action, intensity and twists and turns.
Depp has had a rough go of it recently, and has fallen down the ladder of success recently. He needs a big win. Will this movie be his big win? I have no idea, but it doesnt look like its going to be bad. Thats a start. (RELATED: AMBER HEARD FIRES BACK AT WARNER BROS. FOR DEFENDING JOHNNY DEPP)
Plus, this country is enamored with those murders. Seems like a match made in heaven to make a movie about them and have a guy like Depp lead the way.
