Rita Ora has opened up about her sexuality, expressing her frustration in being romantically linked with every male friend she is publicly seen with.
Appearing at GQs Men of the Year Awards, the 28-year-old told the Daily Star: Of course it annoys me as it doesnt happen to guys.
Pointing out the double standard, Rita continued: Why dont people assume the guy is with the girl? It is always that girl is with that guy.
Speak on it girl.
Last year rumours emerged that Rita was dating her collaborator Liam Payne following a number of steamy live performances promoting duet For You. However, the singer confirmed that there was never anything going on between her and the former One Direction star.

Liam is just my good friend, she said. I have a lot of male friends, a lot of very attractive male friends, [but] it doesnt mean I have to be hooking up with them.

The Let You Love Me singer has previously expressed her interest in dating both men and women and pointed out the medias hypocrisy in only ever linking her with men.
I admire beauty from men and women, she said, addressing a common issue where women who like women see their sexuality downplayed, with many romantic couples being labelled as gal pals.
