Coleen Rooney, 31, sent fans into meltdown yesterday when she shared a photo of the latest arrival to rock the Rooney household – baby Cass Mac.
Giving her 1.3 million Twitter followers another look at her and hubby Wayne’s fourth son with a professional photoshoot, she simply captioned the black and white image: ‘Our boy’
The proud parents welcomed a baby brother for their sons Kai, 8, Klay, 4 and Kit, 2, on February 15, weighing a healthy 8lb 10oz.
Unlike the Kardashian family, the Rooneys broke their tradition of having all their children’s names begin with the letter ‘K’.
Many questioned the tot’s unusual choice of name, but it’s believed the couple called him after boxing legend Muhammad Ali – whose real name was actually Cassius Clay.
Cass came after a turbulent few months for Wayne and Coleen, and the mum of four is said to be putting herself first by opting not to have any more children.

A source told Now: ‘Coleen feels it’s about time she starts putting herself first. She’s been pregnant or having babies for almost a decade now.
‘Coleen thought she was having a girl during her pregnancy but she was just happy to welcome a healthy baby boy.
‘Wayne’s still got it in his head that a daughter would complete their family, but Coleen thinks enough is enough.’
