Tekashi69 could be slapped with even more legal troubles.
The Fefe rapper is being threatened with a $500,000 (£393,000) lawsuit by a promotional company who claim he cancelled a performance just minutes before he was due on-stage in October.
Tekashi is currently in jail facing a possible life sentence after being arrested and charged with racketeering.
According to TMZ, Hits Before Fame & DMV Events have sent warnings to Tekashis team demanding that the rapper repay their money.
The company are said to allege that Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, was supposed to perform at the Echostage in Washington D.C. during Howard University Homecoming weekend but bailed out on the appearance 35 minutes before doors opened.
Around 400 people had to be turned away after waiting in line for some time. Despite his no-show at the event, Tekashi then turned up and performed at the Powerhouse concert in New Jersey that same night.

The promoters reportedly state they are down $58,470 (£46,000) which they say was paid to Tekashi, plus an additional loss of ticket sales, rental, marketing and other expenses.
Its alleged that the company are asking Tekashi, 22, to pay their losses or they will file a lawsuit.
Tekashi is currently buried deep in a slate of legal issues. The Gummo rapper was arrested in November on racketeering and various weapons charges, following a joint investigation by the NYPD, ATF and Homeland Security.
A judge denied the rapper bail despite offering $1.7 million (£1.3 million) and later $750,000 (£589,000), meaning he will remain behind bars until his trial starts in September 2019.

Its said that Tekashi will now be resentenced in the 2015 child sex act case after being sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service and probation in October. However, because he is currently in jail and therefore cant be on probation, Tekashi will likely get time served.
Reports have now emerged that Tekashi was recently transferred to a new jail after allegedly getting gangster checked by a member of the Crips.
