There have been some pretty bizarre Taylor Swift conspiracy theories knocking around over the last few years, including a strange one that has some people convinced she doesnt have a belly button.
However, the latest one seems to hint that Billy Corgan is secretly the Shake It Off singers dad.
Yes seriously.
A meme showing a make-up free picture of the 28-year-old alongside a snap of the Smashing Pumpkins star hinted they could be related, because they apparently look so alike.
Nope, us neither.
But, just in case you thought the rumours could be true – and the 1979 singer could have actually fathered T-Swizzle – hes shared a huge rant on Instagram, across two separate posts, explaining it is definitely not the truth.
And it is seriously long.

You have to love the Internets. Seems this is a new meme going around (someone sent this to me) where I guess the question is(?): Is T Swift my child. Hmm…, he begins for his 61.3k followers.
Ill take the compliment of the comparison here despite the fact that I guess the jokes on me? (and not the lovely and talented Miss Swift).
The 51-year-old then explained he cant be Taylors dad – because there is no such person as Billy Corgan – describing the whole thing as a creation.
He (BC) does not exist. Or, if he does exist (per these times), he is a creation from my mind to yours, and no different than a cartoon drawing of Batman or Sponge Bob, he continued.

Now why would I do such a thing? Because Bill, or Little Bill as I was known to the family, was beaten, harassed, broken and discarded over so many years, and in so many separate instances (lets say the number of disassociative events is in the thousands) that he (Bill) was WORTHLESS to me.
But Billy Corgan, a construct of my own making, with a different walk, haircut, and even eyes that I purposely changed (from fully open to ovals half closed, like those of a snake), he was a new being around which I could invent any story as I pleased.
Discussing why he made Billy up, William confessed he was better and more interesting than him, and the character became someone to blame when he screwed up.
And it was certainly confusing to the band, who on a day to day basis dealt with WPC [William Patrick Corgan], and not Billy Corgan, he explained.
Although you could argue that the more I played at this character, the more I became him; like an actor whos been in a role so long (William Shatner as Captain Kirk) that he assumes the attributes of said character cause its just easier that reminding anyone there might be a difference.
He ended by telling us all that Billy Corgan is officially dead, adding: You can keep Billy Corgan, he is dead, and hes there for you to mock and use as you wish.
So, the main thing we can take away from this whole thing is that Billy – or William – is definitely not Taylor Swifts dad.
