While he has also been linked with Instagram star Maya Henry, 18, it appears hes chosen the 20-year-old model to date seriously, as the two were seen holding hands and in a series of romantic clinches.
Judging by the latest pictures, things have been progressing between the smitten pair, as they were seen cuddling as they made their way to lunch at the fancy DEste Hotel, and later were spotted smooching in the back of a car.
She was even spotted at one point putting her hand in his back pocket as they walked along.
An onlooker told The Sun: Theres no doubt Liam and Cairo are more than just friends.
They were kissing passionately with his hand wrapped around the back of her head and they obviously couldnt get enough of each other.

They were walking around the hotel grounds hand in hand, he had his arm around her a lot and she had her hand on his bum.
Theyre obviously massively into each other.
They met in Cannes earlier this summer where they were seen together in a nightclub, and it was reported they since had enjoyed several dates.
The images will be tough for Cheryl to see, after the pair only called time on their two and half year relationship at the beginning of July.
