Kevin Spacey has arrived at court to face a judge in the sexual assault case against him.
The former House of Cards star was pictured smiling as he arrived at a district court in Nantucket, Massachusetts, dressed in a grey suit and patterned shirt.
The 59-year-old expressed his plan to plead not guilty to the charge of indecent assault and battery.
Spacey is accused of sexually assaulting the teenage son of former Boston WCVB-TV news anchor Heather Unruh at a Nantucket bar in July 2016.
The alleged incident is said to have lasted three minutes back in 2016, with documents obtained by DailyMail.com saying the Oscar winner unzipped the mans fly, stuck his hands in his pants and began to rub his penis.

It was claimed the alleged victim told others of the incident at the time, but reportedly cited his embarrassment having been sexually assaulted by a famous person.
Spaceys legal team requested that the Oscar-winning actor did not have to attend the hearing today, claiming his presence would amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with the case.
However, this request was denied.
