BBCs Children In Need will soon return for its annual telethon to help change the lives of kids across the country.
This year the event takes place on the evening of Friday 16 November as celebrities, charities and communities in general hope to break last years fundraising efforts of £60.7m.

Even if you have not organised a cake sale, gone on a ridiculously long run or dressed up for the day, there are a number of different ways you can support the initiative with a donation.
Through the Children In Need website, youre able to make contributions of any amount starting at £1.
Donations of £5, £10, £20 and £30 can also be made through the campaigns text service.
Payments can also be made via post, over the phone and in person at banks and post offices
The One Shows fundraising campaign Rickshaw Challenge – which sees six inspiring young people taking on a gruelling 423 mile cycle – returns this year, and in supporting the team you can also support Children In Need.

Chidren In Need also invite members of the public to embark on their own challenges or crowdfunding events to raise money for the cause.
As with previous years, there are a number of Pudsey Bear-inspired clothing and accessories – including furry ears – with a percentage of the price tag going to the charity.
