The 25-year-old was filmed dancing around her living room with bare feet at her Franklin, Tennessee home following a small, private wedding attended by family and friends.
Liam filmed new wifey Miley hitching up her silk, Bardot-style wedding gown to perform a sexy first dance to the Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars hit, teasing that she could kiss herself, she looked that pretty.
Miley finally confirmed the nuptials on Wednesday night when she went on a social media spree with the adorable photos.

The ceremony is said to have been everything she dreamed of, six years after they first got engaged and 10 years since meeting on the set of The Last Song.
An insider told People: They always wanted a small, private celebration with family and close friends and thats what they got. Miley seems ecstatic.
She loves her Tennessee home and was very happy about having the ceremony there.

It was happily ever after for the on-off couple who have endured multiple break-ups in their decade-long love story, which began when they were teenagers.
And it was a blissful ending to a tough year that saw the couple lose their Malibu home in the devastating Woolsey fires in November.
Both Miley and Liam said that the natural disaster had brought them ever closer: Miley saying that she had never loved Liam more, and him saying that she was more precious than ever after their traumatic loss.
