Christine McGuinness has spoken out about exercise being her escape when shes feeling stressed.
The star, whos been married to Celebrity Juices Paddy McGuinness since 2011, is the main carer for her autistic twin children and recently admitted that she feels like a single parent at times when her husband is away for long stretches of time.
However, shes found an outlet in the form of exercise.
I dont do it to lose weight or look a certain way, I do it purely for my own self. Its cheaper than therapy, she explained.
I was worried at the beginning how I was going to fit it in, but I go as soon as I drop the children off at school. My confidence has grown and I feel great.

The 31-year-old added to Manchester Evening News: Its like an escape, then when I pick the kids up Im refreshed and completely focused on them.
Christines also been inspiring others, by posting motivational videos and photos on Instagram – and looking like a superhero while doing it.
I refuse to give up on myself, she captioned one snap of herself at the gym.
In a video of herself lifting a pretty hefty barbell, she quoted Florence and the Machine, writing: Sometimes I feel like saying “Lord I just dont care”. But youve got the love I need to see me through.
The mum-of-three recently opened up about caring for the kids – five-year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and two-year-old Felicity – admitting it can be tough.
I would be lying if I said its great. Its not, its really tough, she said.

At the moment I barely see [Paddy]. It is getting to the point now where I feel it is overwhelming and too much. I feel like a single parent at times, she added.
I keep thinking it will quieten down soon but actually I dont think it will. I think work will be good for Paddy and hes going to be very, very busy and so I dont know what were going to do.
