Cardi B has reached out to Martin Luther King Jrs daughter Dr Bernice King after causing offense with her skit that aired on TMZ.

In the Sketch called Real Housewives Of The Civil Rights Movement, she portrayed Coretta Scott King, Bernice Kings mum.

During the video, which is about Luther King Jrs infamous affairs, Cardi tells the camera while in character: All these hussies wanna sleep with my huuusband! But its alright, cause I know he marches home to me.

Having seen the piece, Bernice King took to Twitter to denounce the tone and timing, which fell on the 55th anniversary of her fathers I Have A Dream speech.

In a since deleted tweet, she called it repulsive and false and condemned the rapper and her co stars by saying her parents: Paid an extraordinary price so people of color can have a platform & this is how you use it. @iamcardib: Lets talk.

It would appear from the post that the two women will be coming face to face soon. However, she gave no further details of what was said.
