The actor left legal meetings in Los Angeles while Angelina Jolie was across town spoiling Shiloh and Knox at a toy store.
His custody battle with Angelina for their six kids is being called a done deal despite her attempts to drag him through the mud for not paying meaningful support payments.
According to Us Weekly, [Angelina] sees the writing on the wall: Joint custody is a done deal, and there is nothing she can do to stop it.
Brad made a casual visit to his lawyers office in trainers, jeans and a basic T-shirt with a bag slung around one shoulder and papers peeping out of the top.

With a polite wave and a nod of the head, he was giving nothing away about the status of his fierce dispute with ex Angelina.
Over in Los Feliz, the actress was shopping with two of their brood but its understood that she has agreed to let the actor see them every other day.
Angelina thrust the custody battle with her ex-husband into the spotlight once again last week when she accused him of paying no meaningful child support since the split.

With the aid of four different legal firms, Angelina is currently bidding for full custody of Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Knox and Vivienne.
Its reported that the ideal outcome for Brad would be effective co-parenting with Angelina.
