Carrie Hope Fletcher has stripped down for body positivity on her Instagram, declaring that shes bored of watching young people hate themselves.

We didnt think we could love her any more, but here we are.

Actress and vlogger Carrie uploaded a video of her dancing in her underwear – or her lacy armour, which is our new fave term.

Inspired by fellow vlogger Megan Jayne Crabbe, also known as Bodyposipanda, the former Heathers star joined hundreds of women showing us their moves, and their confidence, under the hashtag #DontHateTheShake.

Ever since I saw @bodyposipanda post one of these videos FOREVER ago, I said to myself “One day, I will find the confidence to do that”, she wrote.

Today, I found it. I dont think Ive ever loved my body more than I do at this point in my life! I dont know what it is thats got me to this point but I think its a specific kind of boredom. Im bored of watching young people hate themselves for the way they look.

Im bored of looking at the calories on packaging and of people shaming me when Im actually seen eating some of the treats Ive been given at stage door. Im bored of hearing people say how happy theyd be if only they were thinner, had bigger this and smaller that.

Im bored of hearing MYSELF ask my own boyfriend “Do you love me even though Im chubby?”!!! Self love and body confidence is sometimes a long and arduous journey and that self love can still waver from time to time even after youve found it.

But its a battle Im willing to keep fighting. So today, after too long of watching Megan and her glorious jigglin, I put my lacy armour on, and went to war!

Carries been a body positivity icon recently, as she revealed that she has never felt sexier or more confident than she did when starring as Veronica Sawyer in Heathers.

You cant spend the majority of a year hearing people scream, go wild + cheer you on as you get half naked on stage + not expect that to change your perspective on your own body, she explained.

I have never felt sexier or more confident in my own skin.

Although she recently bid farewell to Veronica Sawyer, shes clearly taken her newfound body confidence with her and we are absolutely living for it.
