After leaving us hanging for what feels like forever, Striclty Come Dancing star Alexandra Burke finally revealed her left hand – and alas, it’s ring free.
In a jealousy-inducing Instagram post from her exotic Christmas break post-Strictly, Alexandra shows of her ring-free left hand, after coyly hiding it in all her other holiday snaps.
The 29-year-old was rumoured to be engaged to boyfriend Josh Ginnelly after dating since April 2016.
The romantic rumours began to fly after a city break to Paris – and, of course, all of the left-hand cropping in her pics.
She hid her left hand during her trip to Thailand for Christmas, the first Christmas she has had to spend without her mum Melissa, who died last year.
She also edited a picture of her hand from her trip, uploading a version of the snap with featured her left hand, and then deleted and reuploading it with her left hand cropped out.
However, the change of picture didn’t go unnoticed by fans, who commented: ‘You took the original pic down lol x’ and ‘looked like she had an engagement ring on.’
In all her pictures since, she has kept her left hand out of it completely, either placing it strategically behind a cocktail or making it blurred beyond obscurity.
