What is in the Season 3 Battle Pass and what are the rewards?

There are 30 extra tiers in season 3, which takes the total number of tiers up to 100, meaning plenty more items for players to unlock.

Despite the additional tiers, it is still expected to take the same amount of time to unlock all of the items – around 75-150 hours.

Season 2 gave players the opportunity to unlock 46 new cosmetics, but season 3 will increase this by having 76 items available to unlock including outfits, emotes and gliders.

As well as items seen in the previous battle pass, brand new items have been added including back bling, skydiving fx trails and loading screens.

Weekly Challenges have also been added to season 3 which consist of seven challenges that players can complete each week and it allows them to unlock tiers faster.

Epic Games has also teased what we can expect with various concept art images and videos.

What other Fortnite updates are coming up?

Epic Games recently revealed that players can expect various updates and changes to the game over the next few weeks.

The SMG has become the first weapon to be moved into the vault, meaning it is no longer available to use in the game.

More items are set to enter the vault as time goes one to make sure the balance of the game remains the same while they continue to add new weapons.

Developers also plan to experiment with larger team modes and games where players have less time between each circle.
