As the music stars get ready for tonight’s Brit Awards, Stefflon Don has sent her mum on the hunt for a list of unusual things in the ultimate diva prank.
Dared to carry out the practical joke by Capital FM’s breakfast host Roman Kemp, the Hurtin’ Me artist requested 12 bottles of champagne, M&M shells with the chocolate taken out of the middle and a personalised T-Shirt with the word ‘Don’ written above an image of her face.
Unbeknownst to Steff’s mum – who may just have stolen the title ‘Don’ herself after this – the singer/rapper and Ross Kemp made the call from the studio to get ready for the prank.
Taking the request of 12 bottles of champagne pretty well, Steff’s mum was a little more puzzled when it came to the strange chocolate request.
‘Did they sell that? I never knew that,’ she said under the laughs of everyone in the studio.
Trying not to get out of character Steff continued: ‘Yeah, maybe you can get the kids to maybe take it off and bring it? The shells, they need the shells.’
Still unaware her mum suggested: ‘So how are they going to get the shells without breaking it? Oh! Cut it in half!’
Ever the growing legend, the artist’s mother then made sure she secured her place at the BRITs next to her superstar daughter, proceeding to ask her what time she needs to be ready for.
After all that, she definitely deserves to be walking the red carpet, don’t you think?
The BRIT Awards 2018 airs tonight (February 21) on ITV at 8pm.
