Google has attempted to put a stop to people comparing their streaming service to Netflix and said instead its more like Xbox Live Gold.

On the one hand youd think theyd want to encourage the comparison, given how ubiquitous Netflix is, but Google is insisting that thats not the best way to think of Stadia Pro.
To be clear, Stadia Pro is not Netflix for Games like some people have mentioned, said Googles Andrey Doronichev in a recent Reddit AMA.
A closer comparison would be like Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus. The Pro subscribers get 4K/HDR streaming, 5.1 sound, exclusive discounts and access to some free games. Roughly one free game per month give or take. Starting with Destiny 2 (yay!).
The confusion over comparisons to Netflix hit a peak when it was revealed that new games on Stadia would have to be paid for separately, and at the same cost as buying them elsewhere.

Previously Google had talked about an ever-expanding library of games at no extra cost but that apparently is not a reference to an instant library of streaming games but instead the fact that you get, roughly one free game per month give or take.
Although the free games will stay free and wont be rotated out when the next one comes along.

But even thats only for the subscription-based Stadia Pro. Stadia Base, which is free to use but wont launch till next year, will have no free games at all.
