Sofia Vergaras latest Instagram post hasnt best pleased fans after she made a few comments about Hurricane Dorian.
The Modern Family actress had been enjoying a getaway with friends, and was busy showing it off to her Instagram followers – but she made one particular comment about the incoming hurricane, which is set to threaten the Bahamas and south eastern United States, which has upset some of her followers.
Posting a photo of her and a friend wearing white ensembles, Sofia captioned the post Esperando a Dorian, which is Spanish for Waiting for Dorian.
Fans did not take too kindly to this joke in the comments, with one branding it insensitive.
I am a fan. But the waiting for Dorian comment was not funny, one fan said.
Another added: That caption sounds insensitive. People are not gonna like it.

However, some came to Sofias defence, with one fan branding those who got offended snowflakes.
People need to get a life. Shes living as shes choosing, one fan said.
She didnt tell anyone to not be prepared. Stop being so offended by everything.

As her holiday came to an end, Sofia later shared a snap of her and her pals on the plane as they got ready to return home, this time captioning the post Bye bye Dorian! while adding a flower emoji.
And once again, the fans did not take this comment lightly.
Must be nice here, I sit wondering if I will have to evacuate, one commenter stated.
And will my pets be safe? Will I have electricity soon after the storm? And will everything in my fridge have to be thrown away and I have to spend my money to replace it? Very insensitive.
