Scarlett Moffatt looked the epitome of glamour at the Attitude Awards after having spoken out about her battles with mental health issues.

The TV personality recently revealed past battles with anxiety in depression, but her return to the red carpet appeared to show shes currently doing really well.

Sachaying in a tassled jumpsuit, she flashed a grin at photographers and gave a wiggle to send her tassels flying.

Her appearance comes after Speaking to MailOnline about battling mental health issues when she was a teenager, she said: I remember feeling like I was having out of body experiences and pretending it wasnt happening.

I didnt know why I felt like that and [thought] how do I say to someone: “I literally feel like Im having an out of body experience or when people are talking to us, I feel like the words arent even going into my brain”.

Sometimes Id feel really nervous about going out but now that I look back, I think “that is why” because I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks.

She added that she didnt feel she could talk about how she was feeling as she believed no one would want to know.

Which is stupid because your family and friends are there for you. Id shut my phone off and stay in the house, she said.

It really breaks my heart to think that people feel alone, that theyre the only ones feeling like that and that theyll feel like that forever, she said of wanting to speak out to draw attention to the subject to help prevent suicides.

People who have a platform to talk about it openly gives other people the courage to think “theyve spoken about it so hopefully I can talk about it too.”
