Regice – the legengdary Ice Pokemon – was introduced to the game last month, and since it joined, the monster has been a fixture in Raid locations, taunting Trainers with is massive HP and brutal ice attacks.

The Titan isn't going to be live in Raids much longer, though.

Regice is due to disappear from Pokemon GO on Thursday, July 19 – which means today and parts of tomorrow will be your last chance for a while to add the monster to your game before it leaves.

We don't yet know which Regi will take its place.

As per other Raids, you'll need to team up with other Pokemon GO users in order to take down the Titan – once you've weakened the ice monster, you'll be able to try and catch it.

Regice is a good get – despite being weak to Fire, Rock, Steel and Fighting, its ice attacks are strong and often devastating against types the Pokemon has good match-ups against.

You may want to put together a team of powerful Machamp – the Pokemon is effective against all three Regi Pokemon, and will be useful in raiding against them all.

Pokemon GO Gen 3 Shiny Legendary Pokemon REVEAED – Celebi, Deoxys, Jirachi and more FOUND

Dataminer Crales has discovered more Pokemon hidden in the data traffic for Pokemon GO – including Pokemon GO Gen 3 Shiny Legendary Pokemon – Deoxys and Jirachi, as well as Gen 2's Celebi.

After Regice, we're expecting one of the other two golem Pokemon to replace the Raid spot.

This means we could see either Regirock or Registeel step in to be the next Raid boss. Niantic has already confirmed the other two Pokemon are coming to the game, we just don't have a date for when they'll be joining just yet.

Niantic could even reintroduce an old Raid Pokemon whilst it plans to rotate in another Regi in the future – we could see one of the legendary dogs, birds or something else jump in.

If you don't get chance to catch Regice, don't worry: Niantic appears to be rotating old legendaries in every now and then, even with Shiny versions.

What's next in Pokemon GO?

Niantic will host a special Zapdos Day on July 21.

The Legendary bird will be available around the world for three-hours on the day, and players may also encounter a Shiny variant during that time too.
