Joey Fatone has filed for divorce from his wife of 15 years, Kelly Baldwin.
The musician, who found fame in the 90s pop band NSYNC alongside Justin Timberlake, filed for divorce on 13 May, according to Page Six.
Their separation was confirmed earlier this year after he told Us Weekly at the Critics Choice Real TV Awards that they were no more: I was, at one point, married, and now I am separated, going through a divorce.
Joey and Kelly share daughters Briahna, 18 and Kloey, nine.
The 42-year-old singer tied the knot with the screenwriter back in 2004 after having met in school and dating on and off for 10 years. In 2013 there were rumours that they were getting divorced, but Joey shot them down at the time: Were still married … kids are great. Im deeply upset about [the rumors]. Were fine.
The former Dancing With The Stars contestant and Kelly went through hard times following complications when she was pregnant with Kloey, with Joey saying at the time he was going to stay at home to make sure they were okay.

He said: I was like, “I am not doing s**t.” I decided, “Im not working. Im just going to stay home, be with my wife and wait until the baby is delivered.” I wanted to make sure everything was okay.
The pair were brought closer together by Kloeys birth, as shes on the spectrum of autism and requires different care to other children.

Speaking in 2017, he said: It has tested us a lot. Shes on the spectrum of autism and there are all different types, so everyone handles their child differently, but we handle it as we go, like most parents.
Details about the divorce remain scarce, but it appears they have been estranged for a while, given that Fatone has been dating Izabel Araujo for some four years.
