Police have confirmed that there was no foul play in the death of Kim Porter.
The model and actress, who has three children with rapper Diddy, has died at the age of 47, after being found unresponsive at her home in Toluca Lake.
While Kims cause of death has not yet been determined, law enforcement sources confirmed no foul play was involved.
Police sources told TMZ that Kim had been feeling unwell over the past few days, allegedly battling either pneumonia or the flu.
The mother-of-four had called her doctor the day before her passing saying that she wasnt feeling any better, and went to bed early on Wednesday night.
On Thursday morning, Kim was unresponsive when family members tried to wake her, and paramedics responded to a call for a patient in cardiac arrest.

Porter was pronounced dead at her home.
According to the website, authorities are also looking into a recent trip Kim took to Africa, to find out if she contracted an infection or disease while there.
An autopsy and toxicology tests will be performed by a coroner.
Kims ex-boyfriend Diddy, aka Sean Combs, was seen arriving at Kims home and looking distraught, after his rep confirmed Porters passing.
His representative, Cindi Berger, said: Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.
Diddy and Kim started dating in 1994 and had an on/off relationship until they broke up for good in 2007.
However, they were on good terms, with sources saying the rapper still saw Kim as family.

The pair had three children together – 11-year-old twin girls Jessie James and DLila Star, and a son, Christian Combs, 20 – while Kim is also mum to son Quincy from her previous relationshop with Al B Sure.
The model also helped raise Diddys daughter Chance, who he welcomed five months before the birth of their twins.
Celebrities including Rihanna, Drake and Nicki Minaj have shared their tributes to Kim following her shock passing.
