Kate Beckinsale spent her 45th birthday doing yoga with a goat and her ex Michael Sheen.
After all, what better way to celebrate than by getting your body into weird yoga poses with a goat?
The Underworld actress appeared to have a great time on Friday when she twisted her body doing yoga alongside her former partner.

Their daughter Lily also gave it a go – because obviously these things are family affairs.
Beckinsale bleated her thanks in a post on Instagram: Best birthday ever. We all prayed that the goats blessings would happen on Michaels mat and they did. Thank you for such a lovely day.
The gallery of photos includes Sheen on his hands and knees in what looks like cat but may well be downward dog, with a goat on his back and his daughter Lily standing victoriously over him.

Not only did the actress get her yoga on with the goat, she even shared a cheeky birthday kiss with it, placing a bit of food in her mouth and allowing the goat to eat it from her lips.
She posted the adorable display on Instagram with the caption Birthday kisses.
Kate also got a fabulous cake from Lily, who dubbed her Katy B – a nod to Cardi B.
She wrote: Help me my kids amazing.
