Jim Carrey took another swipe at President Donald Trump Wednesday with the latest artwork he posted on Twitter.

In the picture posted by the 56-year-old actor, we see the drawing of a person that is supposed to be the president, standing in a doctors room with his shirt off. He is next to a doctor that looks like Trumps physician, Dr. Harold Bornstein, who is shown typing out a report about the presidents health status as Trump dictates, according to Fox News.

“Lab tests astonishingly excellent. Stamina extraordinary. Urine sample delicious. Best Ive ever tasted,” the message in the artwork read.

The picture comes following recent reports that Bornstein claimed Trump dictated the 2015 medical report.

“He dictated the whole letter. I didnt write that letter,” Bornstein said. “I just made it up as I went along.”

The original letter released in 2015 about then-presidential candidate Trump read, “His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary. If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”

It was not the first time Carrey has attacked the president. His Twitter feed is filled with artwork mocking Trump.

Did anyone watch 60 minutes last night? Hell of a piece about a poor kid from Greece named Giannis Antetokounmpo whos making it big in the NBA. America still has some magic. Pity you have to wade through so much cultural sewage to find it. ;^} pic.twitter.com/H4BTPcw8bu
