Katherine Jenkins and David Beckham may have one of the most complex (non-existent) relationships in showbiz.
This week, Katherine, 38, said she is yet to receive an apology from the retired footballer after he allegedly said she didnt deserve an OBE due to her past use of cocaine.
Its just the latest in a long line of controversy between the pair who have shared somewhat of a silent feud going several years back.
But for some reason, Katherine and David continue to become embroiled in headlines together.
It all started way back in 2012 when rumours began circulating on Twitter that David, who has been married to Victoria Beckham for 19 years, had been having an affair with the opera singer.
While David, 43, rubbished the allegations as nonsensical via a spokesperson, Katherine released a personal statement via Twitter stating that she had only met the former England player twice.

The Welsh musician wrote: Dear Twitter friends, Ive read some horrible rumours on here & want u 2 know I absolutely deny Ive had an affair with David Beckham.
The rumours are very hurtful, untrue & my lawyers tell me actionable. Ive only met David twice: once at the Military Awards in 2010 & on a night out in the West End in Feb 2012.
We were out in a group of friends & it was just a normal fun evening out. Just so we are clear I have never been on my own with him and never arranged to meet up [sic].
The particular night out Katherine mentions was an evening which she and David spent partying with Prince Harry. However, the pair were seen leaving the venue separately.
Katherine stood by her decision to speak out on the affair allegations and later told The Sun that she had no regrets about the Twitter statement.
The singer told the newspaper in 2014: I had to do it. I just had to do it. I simply didnt want people thinking I was that sort of girl. It didnt come out of the blue – everyone was talking about it.
The situation simmered down and it was quiet on their front until the so-called Beckileaks scandal emerged in 2016.
Emails allegedly sent between David and his advisers were leaked online and included scathing messages about Katherine.
In one email, David is alleged to have questioned Katherine receiving an OBE from the Queen, and reportedly described her honour as a fucking joke while also referencing Katherines use of cocaine.

A rep hit back at Davids alleged comments in a statement, saying: I say Katherine was awarded an OBE for her services to music and charity.

With regards to the taking of coke which Katherine has courageously publicly admitted with great honesty — this was when she was in her early 20s still studying, over a decade before she was awarded her OBE and started her recording career.
At the time of Beckileaks, a rep for the former sports star said the emails were heavily doctored, so Katherine might have a long wait for that apology.
