Hilary Duff took a big stand against a male photographer who hunted her down all morning.
The former Lizzie Mcguire actress confronted the paparazzi on Saturday after he had followed her around while running errands with her son, Luka.
In a video, which she filmed and posted on Instagram, Hilary, 30, points the camera at the man who is sitting behind the wheel of his car. The TV star is heard telling him that she is heavily pregnant at nine months but he is completely unapologetic and more worried about the fact he didnt get any photos of her that day.
Hilary pleads: Im nine months pregnant, I have the flu and Ive asked you once to leave me alone. Can you please stop taking my picture, youre, like, hunting me down.
Im just asking you to please leave me alone for the day. Youve like hunted me. I feel very uncomfortable, please leave a pregnant woman alone.

The photographer shrugs and complains: I lost a whole morning and didnt get no photos, to which Hilary replies: Its not my fault, please leave me alone its the weekend, sir.
Hilary revealed the extent of his persistence in the caption, stating: This guy has been at my sons soccer game this morning then followed me to my sisters house and was basically parked in her driveway to get photos.
Followed me to run errands. I politely asked him to let me be and he continues to follow and stalk me down like pray for hours now. This is not ok.
The actress continued: I am 9 months pregnant. When people say thats what you get for signing up to be a celebrity it honestly makes me sick. This is every day of every month and its simply not ok. If a non celeb (Im sorry to use that word) was dealing with this the law would be involved [sic].

Many of Hilarys followers agreed with her about tighter laws for paparazzi taking pictures of celebrities, including one who said: Good job this is so true the law should be involved that is ridiculous!

Another of Hilarys fans agreed: Celebrity or not this is NOT ok! If someone has asked to be left alone then they should respect that!
Hilary is currently expecting her second child with boyfriend Matthew Koma, while Luka is from her previous marriage to ex-husband Mike Comrie.
