Fortnite Llamas: How to find Llamas? Where do they spawn best? Season 5 Fortnite Challenge
Fortnite Llamas – Update 1:
Another map has surfaced that's used some really interesting tech to figure out where Fortnite llamas spawn… and how frequently.
Reddit user Overwatchero4 managed to make a heat map of where the llamas are likely to spawn by using their own gameplay footage and replay footage from various other players.
In the image (below), you can see the darker colours are where the llama is more likely to spawn whilst the more colourful areas are where the llama is less likely to appear.
Between this heat map and the gallery below, you should be able to figure out the best places to look based on where you land in the game.

Season 5 is finally here in Fortnite, and now we're seeing Epic step up the challenges with a whole new Battle Pass and set of quests for players to complete.
The Season 5 changeover has made three weekly challenges available to anyone playing the game, whilst another four are exclusive to those that have purchased that season's Battle Pass.
The challenges, as before, are separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty.
Hard challenges reward players with an impressive 10 stars, whilst regular tasks reward a more meager 5 stars.
Battle Stars are needed to level up the Battle Pass and unlock new items to equip to your character.
One of Week One's tasks is to search for a supply llama during the game.
Thanks to GamesRadar, we know exactly where to find the pesky llamas – and you can find out where in our gallery above.
GamesRadar reports that you're most likely to discover the llamas in the west section of Fatal Fields on the 8F part of the map.
Apparently, another popular spawn location for the colourful creatures is east of Retail Row, where you can see a triangle of trees (this can be found at I6).
The supply llama spawns and appearances are random, but it seems the rate with the above locations is slightly better than in other parts of the map – let us know if you find anything there and report back to help our research.
