Emmerdale star Asan Njie is accused of making death threats towards Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas during a brawl at the TV Choice Awards 2019.

The incident allegedly took place outside the Hilton Park Lane hotel in London on Monday after night, where the likes of Piers Morgan and Holly Willoughby were celebrating the past year of British TV.

In photos obtained by The Sun, a man believed to be Asan can be seen looking furious at the hotels entrance as Jamie is bundled away by another guest.

Asan was reportedly escorted off the premises by security after allegedly goading Jamie and threatening to kill him.

An insider told the publication: Jamie was enraged by the sarcastic dig which seemed to come out of nowhere and was completely unprovoked.

It was a real flashpoint which left fellow cast members shocked and one or two people remarking on how it was like a scene from a soap opera.

The eyewitness continued: It was chaos. They were pushing, shoving and really getting in each others faces.

They got pulled apart but then went at it again. They were both absolutely furious.

Im A Celebrity star Malique Thompson-Dwyer is said to have tried to escort Jamie away from the brawl.

The Hollyoaks star told The Mirror: I told him to relax. I told him, “This isnt that kinda party. Its the TV Choice Awards”.

Jamie is said to have continued his night partying with Malique and Love Island star Amber Gill.

In a statement to Metro.co.uk, a spokesperson for ITV said: We are extremely concerned to hear about an incident at last nights TV Choice Awards involving one of Emmerdales cast.
