Sony and Bend Studio have released the latest details for the games new update for PS4 exclusive Days Gone.
If you're expecting some normal bug fixes, oh boy are you wrong, because this new patch has revealed some rather exceptional new features for the game.
This new patch isn't available just yet, but will go live "within the next couple of hours," explains Sony Bend on Reddit.
As such we can't tell you how big it is, but we wouldn't be surprised for another big update like that 13GB monster we got just after launch.
The headline changes listed in the official Days Gone 1.21 patch notes reveal that this update will add new weekly DLC challenges – for free – which will, in turn, allow players to earn new gear in game like skins for your bike, patches and rings.

"Hey everyone! We are excited to release the first challenge “Surrounded” for free in this patch! Update to Patch 1.20 to receive this new standalone challenge mode, new free custom accent, and fixes to the overall game. A new challenge will unlock for free each week for the next eleven weeks.
