David and Victoria Beckham have been left devastated after masked men attempted to break in to their family home – but are refusing to be forced home from supporting the Invictus Games.
Police were called to the home in Great Tew, Oxfordshire on Friday 19 October after the 24-hour security surveillance team employed by the Beckhams noticed the intruders on the propertys CCTV.
The three men used a ladder to peer into the house but they ran from the scene and have yet to be identified or caught.
The family are currently in Australia to support Prince Harry and the Invictus Games, and are steadfast in their decision to remain in the country; the £6 million mansion, where the Beckhams and their four children regularly spend weekends, is close to Soho Farmhouse which is a favourite of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
A source close to the family told Metro.co.uk that the family are steadfast in their decision to not let this affect their family holiday or their support for Prince Harry and the Invictus Games.

On top of the security the house already has, the Beckhams have now reportedly also installed guard dogs, motion sensor alarms and regular patrols to prevent any further incidents.

Guests at Soho Farmhouse also ran on to the property to scare off the masked men, alleged the Mail On Sunday.
David and Victoria are absolutely devastated by this. They are extremely protective of their family and their home life so the thought that people would intrude on that is just so upsetting for them, a source told the publication.
It is frightening and dreadful to think someone would be intruding on their personal space. David hates the fact he has to have such high tech and extremely tight security around him.
