Shes just announced a solo tour, but Coleen Nolan is also going it alone off-stage.

The Loose Women presenter has revealed that shes sold the home she shared with husband of 10 years, Ray Fensome, and shes moving to the Cheshire countryside.

Following her divorce, Coleen, 53, has fulfilled a lifelong dream and purchased a farm where she hopes to live with horses, dogs, chickens and pigmy goats and maybe one day, a charming farmer.

The last couple of years have been horrendous, Coleen told The Mirror. [The separation] didnt even get nasty but it was like being with a lodger and I didnt want to settle.

He was angry at me because I wasnt happy, I wanted to work it out but he wouldnt go to counselling, he was quite happy to amble along and I wasnt. Its lonelier to be with someone who you had something with and its not there now.

Coleen first revealed her marital strife on the week that she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2017, but she gained the support of the British public and went on to win the show.

Since confirming that they would divorce this February, Coleen says she has not dated one person.

She said: I have only ever been out with musicians who sleep all day and are awake all night. I could be a farmers wife. My dad always said, “You should marry a farmer.”

First, Coleen will embark on her debut tour without Nolan Sisters Maureen, Linda and Bernie, who lost her battle with cancer in 2013.

Last time [I performed], I was with Bernie and Ray, who was in the band. This time here Ive not got either with me. Its just never too late to do what you want to do and I really want to channel that.

The solo tour, called Never Too Late, will consist of power anthems that reflect her as a strong woman.

Commencing in January, news of the tour comes the week after a petition to get the bubbly presenter sacked from ITVs Loose Women gained more than 10,000 signatures.

A fiery on-screen row with former CBB housemate Kim Woodburn has since received more than 3000 Ofcom complaints, with some accusing Coleen of bullying and embarrassing the daytime guest.
