Blac Chynas beef with the Kardashians doesnt appear to be cooling down any time soon, after she appeared to land a trial date in their fracas.

This year was plagued by a back and forth, after the reality star accused the Kardashian-Jenner family of having her reality show with babydaddy Rob Kardashian cancelled, while also claiming Rob released a sexually-explicit tape of her.

Today it has been reported a Los Angeles judge ruled Chyna – real name Angela White – will have her day in court against the family on the allegations, but also against former partner Rob on accusations of revenge porn.

Chyna – who has two-year-old daughter Dream from her relationship with Rob – has previously accused the family of trying to damage her career.

In her own legal action against various members of the clan she previously wrote: The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house.

In todays hearing, according to Radar online, Judge Randolph M Hammock ordered producers of the Rob & Chyna show and the E! Network to provide Chyna with documents and communications from between April and May 2016 that could provide information on the allegations Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian et al interfered with season two of the show hitting the airwaves.

While the stars manager, lawyer Walter Mosley, posted a shot to Instagram earlier today in which he said: February 3, 2020 … Were going to court … White v. Kardashian et al.

Chynas attorney Lynne M Ciani told the website following the hearing: Chyna is extremely happy that she will have her day in court.

This has been very hard fought and we are very grateful that the judge sees the validity of our point. Chyna will have her chance to testify in front of a jury of her peers and have her side of the story told in court.

The Kardashians have always denied any alleged interference with their reality show.

Kim, Kris Jenner and Rob hit back at the claims in December last year, saying they were not to blame and the reason the show, called Rob & Chyna, was canned was due to Chynas restraining order she took out on Rob following their split.

Us Weekly reported the family filed a legal demurrer on 21 December, through their attorney Shawn Holley, requesting the case be tossed.

They claim the show was cancelled by E! (which also produces Keeping Up With The Kardashians) due to the restraining order filed in July making it impossible to shoot a show with interactions between the two.

Earlier this year it was alleged Rob leaked a sex tape of Chyna, as her lawyer, Lisa Bloom tweeted: Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. Its also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. Its not a joke.
