Drake reportedly agreed to pay a $350,000 (£280,000) settlement to the same woman he tried to sue for making false sexual assault claims, which he was entirely cleared of in 2017.
The alleged settlement has been revealed after Instagram model Layla Lace filed a new public complaint against her own attorney because he didnt act on her best interests.
Published by The Blast, the complaint exposes all of the alleged details of Laylas gritty fetish encounter with Canadian hitmaker Drake after a Manchester tour date in the UK in February 2017.
In her complaint, Layla alleges: Drake forced me to perform oral on him.
She then claims: It wasnt your ordinary oral it was more so a fetish, involving a measuring cup.
Drakes team insist Layla is lying, two years after he was cleared of any wrongdoing by British police.
Respresentatives for Drake have been contacted by Metro.co.uk for comment.

Its believed that the settlement was made shortly after Drake tried to sue Layla for causing emotional distress, fraud, defamation and abuse of process in September 2018 when she made rape allegations in 2017.

Drake previously admitted to having sex with Layla after the Manchester concert on his Boy Meets World Tour.
But he insisted their night of passion was consensual, stating that Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex.
Layla is said to have become infuriated when Drake didnt invite her to travel with him on the rest of his tour, which continued around Europe and Australia.

In April 2017, she claimed to have fallen pregnant with Drakes child yet there was no credible evidence of a pregnancy or baby.
In May, Layla allegedly hired a lawyer to ask Drake for millions of dollars but she refused to take a paternity test.
