Xbox One Games with Gold subscribers don't have to wait too much longer before they discover which new free games are coming as part of the November 2018 Games with Gold lineup.
The existing crop of Games with Gold titles for October is only available for another eight days so we're fast approaching that window where Microsoft's Major Nelson unveils the new Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles coming for November.
In the vast majority of cases, the Games with Gold announcement has been made on or around the 22nd of the month.
This isn't always the case though. In some instances, the announcement has been as late as the 27th.
And in fact, the Xbox Games with Gold October titles werent revealed until Wednesday, September 26.
Despite this, we're still expecting an announcement fairly soon – likely before PS Plus November is revealed NEXT Wednesday.
In the lead up to the official announcement, players may notice some rumours and leaks, especially given how Microsoft has made a habit of accidentally revealing the games on the Xbox dashboard.

For the time being though, there doesn't appear to be any suggestions as to what games could be made available in November outside of a few sites who are simply crossing their fingers and guessing.
For those unfamiliar with how Games with Gold works – perhaps for anyone who only got their first Xbox in the last month – here's a quick explainer:
Every month Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games – two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360.
Typically, Games With Gold includes two titles available for a period of two weeks and another two available for a month. It can get confusing and you don't want to accidentally miss out on downloading a great game, so it's worth marking the dates down on your calendar to ensure you don't miss out.
Equally, you shouldn't forget that two of the games included are from the Xbox 360 era, and that means both titles can be played on your Xbox One thanks to the console's backwards compatibility features.
Plus, now that the Xbox One has a dedicated Xbox 360 backwards compatibility store, you can easily search for, find, and download these games should you forget to download them for free during Games with Gold.

All games will be available exclusively for Xbox Live Gold members for a limited time as part of Games with Gold.
