E3 only officially got underway today, but there has already been plenty of publisher conferences with new games being unveiled for the first time.

One company that hasnt yet held a conference is Nintendo, with many fans wondering what they can expect when it takes place later today.

Figures released in April showed that 19.95 million copies of the Switch were sold over the previous 12 months, and despite not quite reaching its 17 million target, it still has a growing fanbase.

When is Nintendos E3 conference and how to watch?

Nintendos E3 2019 conference will start at 5pm BST on Tuesday 11 June.

The event will be streamed live on the E3 Expo website and Nintendo will also be covering the news on their social media and streaming the conference on their website.

What to expect from the Nintendo conference at E3

Nintendo is expected to provide previews for various new releases during this years E3 conference.

Among the announcements expected today, new previews of Pokemon Sword and Shield are expected, as well as Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

Fans are likely to get more details and a preview, as well as a possible release date, of the Nintendo Switch remake of Zelda: Links Awakening.
