When does Fortnite come out on Android?

Back in March, Epic Games allowed players to sign-up for the new mobile version of Fortnite Battle Royale.

It features the same graphics and gameplay and it receives the same weekly updates.

However, the mobile Fortnite is currently only be playable by people who have an Apple device.

So when can we expect to play it on Android? People are sure getting impatient waiting for this version of the mobile app…

When does Fortnite mobile come out on Android?

Currently mobile Fortnite will only be available to iOS11 users, meaning that it doesnt yet support Android devices.

If you do have an Android phone you can still sign-up for the mobile version but theres still no sign of the game in June 2018.

On the Epic Games website in March, a post read: We expect to roll out Android in the next few months.

If you are on an Android device, please sign up…Well notify you when your Android device is supported.

Developer Epic are reportedly targeting the summer of 2018 for the release, but it seems like theyre not setting a deadline.

How to get Fortnite on iOS

Players with iOS11 can sign-up at http://www.Fortnite.com to have a chance of getting the iOS Invite for the launch of the mobile version of the game.

Shortly after the mobile sign-up has opened Epic Games will start sending out invites with a link to download the game from Apples App Store.

Not everyone will be getting invited to play straight away as the Fortnite team plans to gradually invite more players over the next few months.

Once you have you have access to the game you will also receive invite codes that will let you give friends the opportunity to play with you as well.

You will need to have at least an iPhone 6S/SE, or alternatively an iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 or iPad 2017 devices.
