It has been nearly two weeks since the launch of the season 3 Battle Pass and some players have already made a lot of progression through the tiers.
30 additional levels were added for this season, taking the total number of tiers up to 100 which means there is more loot for players to unlock.
Epic Games has said that it should take Fortnite players around 75-150 hours of gameplay to complete the Battle Pass.
There is also a new weekly challenges list to help players speed up their progress, as well as the option to buy tier progression.
What is the Tier 100 challenge?
In the season 3 Battle Pass the target for players is to reach the 100th tier, which is the maximum level that you can achieve and it unlocks a Jon Wick lookalike character skin.
However, once you have reached tier 100, you also unlock another set of challenges that you can complete.
This extra task offers the reward of a High Octane Glider that seems to be based on the Ford Mustang associated with the John Wick character.
There are seven challenges available for players to complete, but you only need to finish five of them to get the reward.
Tier 100 challenges
- Search 7 chests in a single match
- Play 10 matches with at least one elimination
- Deal 1000 damage to opponents in a single match
- Eliminate an enemy using a pickaxe
- Complete a single match with 3 eliminations
- Place top ten in solo
- Place top three in squads
