Stacey Solomon has revealed the unfiltered truth about airbrushing photos for social media and its entirely refreshing.

The Loose Women host keeps her (almost) one million Instagram followers entertained with tongue-in-cheek photos, like pulling silly faces and baring spot breakouts.

Fortunately, Stacey, 28, refuses to jump on the bandwagon and promises to remain real, unedited and honest, as it would cause too much pressure to conform.

Never change Stacey, never change.

Speaking to CelebsNow, Stacey said: I find it impossible to make a picture look completely perfect so I just embrace what it is. I like the way that I look and I like the person that I am. Im not an airbrushed image of myself but I really like that and I think thats what I want to put out there.

People might say “ooo shes got saggy boobs” or “her skins not great” or “thats not a cute photo”, I dont have a problem with it because Im really happy with who I am. If I wasnt happy then Id airbrush it all out, but if youre comfortable then you dont have to spend ten hours editing the real you.

In one brutally honest photo, Stacey shows a close-up of her face with spots clearly visible. The witty caption reads: Oh hi hormones anyone gets bored today feel free to come and play dot to dot on my face.

The TV presenter jokes in another selfie: Even my spots look sexy in Santorini #NoFilter.

Staceys lucky boyfriend, Joe Swash, also has the pleasure of FaceTiming her in the middle of a face mask. Next to an oh-so relatable photo of her clay-covered face, Stacey jokes: When you apply you face mask around your false eyelashes because you think thatll maintain your sexiness when you bf FaceTimes. Im positive that it was 100% successful [sic].

Just another reason to love her.

More: Stacey Solomon

The mother-of-twos comments come just after she shared TMI about her bikini line in her latest column for The Suns Fabulous. The media personality said: For years now Ive been freely leaving my garden (for that read woodland or even rainforest) to its own devices and it feels wonderful.

I find shaving in general an utter chore so even removing the hair on the body parts that are on display happens on the rarest of occasions.
