Rita Ora has been accused of lip-syncing during her performance at America's most famous Thanksgiving Day event.
Organisers apologised to millions of viewers watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for "technical difficulties" during the iconic holiday feature.
British singer Rita Ora appeared to be out of sync with the vocals viewers heard during her televised performance.
Ora, who had been singing Let You Love Me, was hit with a flurry of criticism online as viewers complained for the apparent falsity.
Macy's, the American department store chain that throws the parade, released a public apology.
The company said "several recording artists experienced technical difficulties that negatively impacted their performance."
It added: "We apologise and want fans to know these issues were out of the artists control."
Ora replied on social media, saying: "Thank you and I appreciate the honesty and I hope everyone still had a great time!"
Other performers included Diana Ross and John Legend.
The "first LGBTQ kiss" in the history of the parade took place during a performance from the Broadway musical The Prom, according to the show's producers.
Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is the world's largest parade and was first held in 1924.
Giant balloons of Charlie Brown, SpongeBob and other well-known characters featured in the parade which took place during some of the coldest temperatures in the event's history.

Those who took to the streets to watch the parade faced bitter winds and temperatures of about -6C (21F).
Some of the balloons were forced to stay closer to the ground than in previous years over fears of the impact of the winds.
