Gamers are waited with bated breath for any information about the next generation of consoles.
And this year could be the year all is revealed.
Microsoft and Sony are expected to announce the next generation of PlayStation and Box at E3 2020.
Before that time fans are going to make a big decision – should they go for the PS5 or the Xbox Two?
A recent survey has revealed which console the majority are going to pick – and the winner was PlayStation 5.
Market research firm Harris Interactive conducted interviews of 2,146 people aged 16 to 64 years old to come up with the answer.
A larger portion (38%) of those surveyed said they would consider buying the rumoured PS5 console.
In comparison, 26% of the same people said they would consider buying the rumoured Xbox Two.
Meanwhile, a whopping 41% said they are “most likely to buy” a next generation PlayStation, while only 26% would most likely go for Xbox.
The survey didnt stop with just Microsoft and Sony.
It also revealed opinions on Nintendos future console plans.
Of those surveyed 21% said they would consider buying a Nintendo Switch 2, with 17% being most likely to by it.
Rumour has it Nintendo are planning on announcing a new version of the Switch by the end of 2019.
