PS Plus subscribers this is your final warning: The June 2019 free PS4 games are about to be removed from the service and replaced with a new batch of games.
The new free PS4 games will be available to download tomorrow, July 2. The first Tuesday of the month, precisely when new PS Plus always release (just so you know for future reference)
The new free PS4 games for July are, well, ok. Nothing special to write home about and if you're not a fan of football or racing games you'll probably be even more disgruntled.
The two games on offer include PES 2019 and retro arcade racer Horizon Chase Turbo. The games will replace the excellent Sonic Mania as well as the excellent value for money Borderlands: The Handsome Collection.
If you haven't downloaded the June 2019 free PS4 games, this is your last chance and you have less than 24 hours to do so.
Typically new PS Plus games go live at around 10am BST, so download those June games tonight before you forget!

What are the PS Plus June 2019 games?
In the month of June 2019, PS Plus users can download two rather excellent games. Here's a closer look at both of them:
Sonic Mania:
The blue blur returned in style in 2017 with this lovingly crafted throwback to the Sega icons 2D side-scrolling roots, tailor-made to put an ear-to-ear grin on the faces of the Sonic faithful.
You know the drill: Sonic, Tails and Knuckles face off against their old nemesis, Dr Eggman, across a mix of brand new zones and re-imagined classics. Expect lightning-fast left-to-right platforming thrills, countless collectibles, hidden areas, and both competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes for two players.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection
Getting excited for the freshly announced Borderlands 3? Nows the time to revisit Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and get up-to-speed with Gearboxs fan-favourite loot-focussed FPS series.
Not only does The Handsome Collection include all DLC for both titles, enhanced local multiplayer and remastered visuals, but if you played either title on PS3 your game save will carry over so you can pick up where you left off (see here for more detail on this feature).
