Paris Hilton ditched her fiance Chris Zylka on the sidewalk as she sped away from LAX airport.
The drama unfolded as Paris hopped in a car to avoid photographers, and her fiance could be heard saying: ‘Might not want to leave me!’ as she sped away in her SUV.
Chris Zylka hurled the words at his wife-to-be’s moving car as Paris took a quick getaway from unwanted press attention.
Paris was surrounded by a throng of photographers, and a guy with a pile of magazines he wanted signed, when the hilarious incident happened. You’d think Chris might be angry.

But turns out he’s a keeper, because rather than venomously bite back about being ditched, he made a light-hearted joke with photographers, as he stood stranded at LAX.
Chris had proposed in Aspen just days earlier and Paris shared a video of the romantic moment, up in the snow, on social media.
The couple were returning home from their winter break when the incident happened. Paris, who is a veteran at dodging the paps should she fancy, wasted no time in fleeing the scene but Chris just wasn’t sharp enough to figure out what was happening and jump in the car quick.
He had plenty of time to shake a photographer’s hand, who congratulated him on the proposal, before he jumped into another SUV, which appeared as if by magic outside the airport and drove him off to be side-by-side with his one true love.
Chris found time to answer one question about the wedding before he left – he said there’s still no date set – not that we’d imagine he felt like talking about it given Paris’s cheeky behaviour!
Back in her Los Angeles home, Paris shared ‘surprise’ balloons which read ‘congratulations’ and ‘Yas I Do’ to celebrate the landmark occasion.
Quicker off the mark next time, Chris, or a lifetime of playing catch up is in store.
