Paddy McGuinness has recently revealed his two stone weight loss, where he confessed to fans that he think he might be a bit too thin.
But despite the father-of-threes honest Instagram post, it seems Keith Lemon saw the funny side and decided to mock the stars snap.
Mimicking the exact same before and after picture, Keith – real name Leigh Francis – posed in two almost identical shots, and joked they were taking four months apart, just like Paddys.
In the caption, he wrote: Totally forgot to post this last year.This a before and after pic of four months of doing nowt, eat just the same shit as always, apart from no bread.
Never eat bread! I really enjoyed it but definitely couldve got a bit leaner but I couldnt be bothered. Before I was a waist 34” and still am but I feel fit and strong.
He then poked fun at the Take Me Out host by adding: @mcguinness.paddy you are an inspiration to me. Im gonna keep it up!

But Paddy gave as good as he got, as he trolled the star in the comment section.
Writing to Keith, he joked: This is why I love you!!! PS youve not been a 34 waist since you were a teenager!!!
The 45-year-old bravely shared his before and after shots today with his 933,000 followers.
Paddy posed topless and revealed that hed dropped from 14 and a half stone to just over 12 stone in just four months – and he looks amazing.
He wrote: Totally forgot to post this last year! This is a before and after pic from the 4 months of good diet and training I did.
I really enjoyed it and definitely could have got leaner but I began to feel a bit to thin. I started at 92.7kg and finished at 78.7kg.
Paddy added: I got down from around 26% body fat to 12% and went from a 36” waist to a 32”!
Im now somewhere in between these two pics shape wise, probably more to the first one after Chrimmy!

I still enjoy training but I dont fancy stripping that much fat again. I now weigh 88.2kg with a 33” waist, I feel strong and good at that.
Underneath the picture his wife Christine adorably wrote: I love you in both, and our hearts are now well and truly melted.
