A Pennsylvania man allegedly stabbed a woman because she did not serve his steak cooked properly, authorities announced Friday.

Forty-one-year-old Fayette County resident Shannon Lynch allegedly knifed a woman while the two were having dinner late Friday night, reports CBS Pittsburgh.

State police allege Lynch grew upset with the woman over the “texture of his steak,” prompting him to take out a knife and stab her. Lynch then reportedly fled from the scene.

Police issued a warrant for his arrest and eventually caught up with him Sunday. Lynch is currently in jail and facing assault charges for his actions.

As for the woman, her condition is still not known.
