Liam Gallagher was in good spirits at Pilton Party festival on Friday.

The former Oasis singer headlined event and couldnt have looked more cheerful as he mingled with guests backstage.

Pictured backstage at Pilton Party, Liam, 45, was seen embracing Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis and smiling as they enjoyed a catch up.

While Michael, 82, opted for a healthy banana – perhaps the secret to his eternal youth – Liam held onto his trademark cigarette and glass of white wine.

During his headline set, Liam ran through his back catalogue singing classic Oasis tracks like Wonderwall, Some Might Say and Live Forever, as well as newer songs from his latest solo album, As You Were.

Clearly in a playful mood, Liam changed the lyrics of Oasis Wonderwall to jokingly sing: There are many things that I would like to say to you but I dont speak Glastonburyish.
