Katy Perry has been spotted enjoying winter sun in the Maldives with her ex boyfriend, Orlando Bloom.
Katy, 33, is currently in the throes of her Witness World Tour – but still found a moment to catch up with ex beau Orlando, 40, on the tropical Indian island.
Katy was said to have made her way from Dubai to the Maldives to stop in and visit the Lord Of The Rings actor, following a show in the UAE as part of her ongoing tour.
‘Katy was in Dubai and then stopped over in Maldives where she met up with Orlando. It’s a few hours away and Katy wanted to stop there since it was pretty close, ‘ a source told E! News.
The couple previously dated between January and November 2016. But the source also told the publication that the pair have kept their relationship ‘pretty casual’ since splitting, suggesting that they have maintained a close personal relationship of some kind.
‘Katy and Orlando have never lost touch and it’s nothing serious,’ said another source to the publication.
‘They keep in contact frequently and Orlando is understanding of her crazy schedule right now. It’s pretty casual between the two,’ the source continued.
Another source backed up the claim, saying: ‘They have not lost contact. They speak all the time,’ the source said.

Back in August the pair were rumoured to be reigniting their relationship when they were seen together ‘kissing and cuddling’ at an Ed Sheeran concert in LA.
But Katy insisted that the pair were just good friends, claiming that ‘lines get blurred’ as she gets older and hinting her hectic schedule means things wouldn’t work out.
Speaking on SiriusXM Hits 1 at the time, she said: ‘Well you know I think people are in and out of your life… it’s nice to keep people you love around you.
‘For me, it’s never so extreme. So, when you get older, lines get blurred. And you know what, I’m really busy. I’m about to go on tour for another year.’
Besides Katy has been seemingly active on the field in recent weeks. First, she was spotted heading to dinner with newly-single The Weeknd in December, before being spotted arm in arm with a mystery man in Denmark on Christmas night.
