Rebecca Humphries has reflected on her split from Seann Walsh, saying she is rebuilding herself.
The actress became our hero last month when she tweeted a badass statement dumping Walsh after pictures of him kissing his Strictly partner Katya Jones emerged.
And now, shes explained why she chose to share that statement on Twitter, and how shes coping after the split.
Spoiler – shes thriving.
Writing on World Kindness Day, Rebecca penned an essay for British Vogue, thanking others for their kindness: It has gifted me the tools to sweep up the shattered bits and rebuild myself – but better. This time round I shall be diamond studded with self worth.
She wrote: On October 8, I had an aim: to present a more fully formed and accurate version of a woman than the neater, simpler character of “spurned partner” that was already being run with. The woman whose truth I was standing up for was myself.

In doing so came revelation number one; that of a strength and resoluteness I had forgotten I possessed.
In her essay, Rebecca revealed that a woman had sent her an email from her husband who, after seeing Humphries statement, vowed to seek help over the way he had treated her.
Rebecca Humphries' full statement on Seann Walsh
'My name is Rebecca Humphries and I am not a victim.
'Its incredibly good of Sean(n) and Katya to apologise in the media. I have received nothing, other than the support of my family, friends and a host of strangers on the internet who all wanted to make sure I was OK.
'I was alone at home when Sean texted at 10pm saying the two of them were going for one innocent drink. We spoke and I told him, not for the first time, that his actions over the past three weeks had led me to believe something inappropriate was going on. He aggressively, and repeatedly, called me a psycho / nuts / mental. As he has done countless times throughout our relationship when Ive questioned his inappropriate, hurtful behaviour.
'But this whole business has served to remind me that I am a strong, capable person who is now free; and no victim. I have a voice and will use it by saying this to any woman out there who deep down feels worthless and trapped with a man they love. Believe in yourself and your instincts. Its more than lying. Its controlling.
'Tell some very close friends who, if theyre anything like my wonderful network, will swoop in and take care of the logistics and of you. Its important also to recognise that in these situations those who hold power over you are insecure and fragile, and their need for control comes from a place of vulnerability.
'I think it certainly does in Seans case. Despite everything, I hope he gets what he wants from this. Im not sorry I took the cat though.'

Rebecca also thanked her friends, saying: [Kindness is] in the mate who, as the tweet started to go viral, saved me from sinking by commanding “Alexa: play Im Every Woman by Chaka Khan”, thrusting a shiraz into my shaking hands and spinning me about.

She also explained how prints had been made reading I took the cat – referencing her sign-off line on her letter, proclaiming she was keeping her and Seanns pet Winston.
Rebecca accused Seann, 32, of lying and controlling behaviour after it emerged he had kissed Katya – who is married to fellow Strictly professional dancer Neil Jones.

Seann and Rebecca were together for five years when the Strictly scandal occurred.
While Seann has remained silent on social media since he was booted off Strictly in Halloween week, Rebecca has been living her best life – even twisting the words to Ive Put A Spell On You (coincidentally the song Seann performed to on Halloween week) to reflect her break-up while belting it out at a party.
