Rebel Wilson is standing firm in her fight against Bauer Media.
The actress took to Twitter on Wednesday to point out that despite the Court of Appeal being due to hand down its decision on the magazine publisher's damages appeal on Thursday, she has "already won the case."
"I'm away on location in Europe filming right now," she tweeted on Wednesday night. "The Court of Appeal in Australia will be handing down their decision in the morning re my defamation case against @bauermedia.
"As Ive said before, I have already won the case and this is unchallenged!"
In September last year, Wilson won the largest defamation payout in Australian legal history, with Bauer ordered to pay $4.56 million in damages after accusing Wilson of being a serial liar in one of their magazines.

As Wilson pointed out in her tweet, it's not the verdict itself that's being challenged — rather, Bauer has asked that the financial damages of $4.56 million be set aside, due to "errors of fact and law".
The actress was present for two days of arguments in court in Melbourne in mid-April, and told The Project at the time that the entire ordeal had been "awful".
Now, almost two months later, it sounds like the actress is ready to put it all behind her.
"What happens tomorrow is to do with the losers @bauermedia quibbling about how much they now have to pay me," Wilson wrote in a second tweet on Wednesday, reminding her followers that any money she is awarded will not be going in her own pocket.
"While this case was never about the money for me," she wrote, "I do hope to receive as much as possible to give away to charities and to support the Australian film industry."
The Sydney-born actress is currently busy filming her new movie Jojo Rabbit in Europe. She'll next be seen in Isn't It Romantic opposite Adam DeVine and Liam Hemsworth, followed by The Hustle, a Dirty Rotten Scoundrels remake also starring Anne Hathaway.
