Cher makes a dramatic entrance into the Mamma Mia film franchise as she crashes her granddaughter's party, a new trailer has revealed.
The final trailer for the sequel to 2008's smash hit has been released and shows the glamorous singer alongside Amanda Seyfried, Meryl Streep, Julie Walters and Colin Firth as well as Pierce Brosnan and Stellan Skarsgard.
The trailer shows Cher in a white trouser suit, sunglasses and with bleached blonde hair landing on the island to make a "commitment to being a grandmother".
When Sophie, played by Seyfried, tells her she wasn't invited, she responds: "That's the best kind of party, little girl."
The second film will introduce three younger versions of the suitors pursuing Sophie's mother Donna (Streep), as her daughter tries to work out how her three fathers met her mother.
Lily James plays young Donna, who is enchanted by each of the three men she meets on the island. Her friends Rosie (Walters) and Tanya (Christine Baranski) will also be played in younger forms.
Sophie's pregnancy is also announced, as she expects a baby with Sky, played by Dominic Cooper.
The sequel follows the 2008 film, based on the stage musical which incorporates ABBA songs.
